Annual Membership Meeting

Annual MeetingThe Annual Membership Meeting is a great opportunity for the local businesses and organization to discuss key issues within the Central Business District, distribute important information regarding Main Street Mount Vernon, and vote on new board members and bylaw changes, if needed. In doing this, we maintain transparency by keeping members informed on the status of Downtown Mount Vernon. An Annual Meeting of the Members is required to take place each year according to the bylaws of Main Street Mount Vernon. The bylaws outlines when the annual meeting will take place and what is required of the annual meeting.
